Sample Report Card on Public Servants in Law Enforcement:

A = 	The officers involved obeyed all applicable laws at every step along the way.   They furthermore, fulfilled their purpose, (ensuring my Rights), obligations, and duties, and resisted their prohibitions so well, exceeding my highest expectations, they get paid their full pay, plus a bonus.

B =	The officers involved obeyed all applicable laws at every step along the way.   They did their job with reasonable professionalism.   They get paid their pay, period.	

C =	They obeyed all applicable laws, and did every aspect of their job in the matter, but did they job unprofessionally.   No pay.   Offender must make restitution to the Complainant;   which does NOT come from subsidies paid out by hard earning citizens:   It comes out of the offenders ' personal pockets.

D =	They violated laws.   Go to jail.   Do not pass Go.   Do not collect $200.   No defense subsidies from the hard earning public.    Licenses yanked until they make amends to their crime victims:  As defined by crime victims who are not under any duress from them.	

F =	They violated laws on an organization-contaminated scale.   Everyone goes to jail.   Including the so-called "good apples" who refused to arrest their fellow officers, like they were supposed to.   No legal defense subsidies from the hard earning public.   Everyone's licenses permanently yanked.

	Shut the organization down.   You cannot fix it.   Hunt down the lobbyists and sales-pitch artists who duped us all into letting this organization be born and/or continue to exist, to begin with.   Make those folks make amends to the crime victims involved,  go to jail, or both.  







 Sample Report Card on the Social Services & Non Profits:


A = 	The agency or organization exceeded what it led me to believe it would do, in my case.   It merits and earns full pay plus a bonus.
B =	They did what they said they would do, to an exalted degree of excellence.   Full pay.
C = 	They got the job done, without exacting mental or other anguish from me, one of the people they tell everyone they help.   Nor did they violate any rights or laws.    Partial Pay.
D = 	They exacted anguish.   They may or may not have gotten parts or all of the job done.   Partial to no pay.  Make the agency or bad individuals inside it restitute those harmed.  Possible jail time.
E = 	They are opposed to the nature of the work they convince the public that they do.   They violate their mandate.    No pay.    Make the agency restitute those harmed.   Go to jail.   Shut the agency down.    Imprison those who lobby to resurrect whatever wrongdoing they did.



	
Any proposed funding for new job creation should be based   EXCLUSIVELY   upon 2 sets of Report Cards:  one from employees, and one from customers.

Sample Report Card from an Employee:

Pass = 	A reasonable person who is a qualified candidate could do this job, and maintain employment with this company indefinitely.

Fail  = 	It is unlikely that most people could do this job, and maintain employment with this company.   I.e:  The quotas or other job requirements and policies are designed to ensure that qualified candidates are unlikely to be able to meet them.



Sample Report Card from a Customer:

Pass = 	I was able to easily buy the product or service from this company, and it did what I was led to believe it would do.    It included full disclosure.	   (I.e.:   If it's in the bottle, it should be on the label, and vice versa.   If it stinks, is addictive, and kills people, it should say so upfront.)

Fail = 	Only investigative reporters are able to buy the product or service.   Or, it does not do what I was led to believe it would do, or there was not full disclosure.


To be?   Or not to Be?    That is the Question, for the US Postal Service.   Its continued existence should be based  EXCLUSIVELY   upon a Report Card from  YOU,  the alleged user.

Sample Report Card for USPS:

Pass =		They delivered from a Sender to a Recipient in a reasonable time frame, it arrived intact, and they obeyed all applicable laws.
Fail =		They failed to do the above.
