The 2-year M.Sc Mathematics programme involves advanced studies of mathematics laying a strong foundation which would support employability as well as background for research. Also, this programme provides a good measure of flexibility and choice as per interest. Apart from Mathematics, students will also be able to learn Physics, Chemistry, Computers, and English in this course. The students, who have qualified their B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology with 50% marks, are eligible to apply for the admission to M.Sc Mathematics Degree. Also, the proficiency in English communication is one of the eligibility criteria. Moreover, the admission is subject to the performance of the aspirants in written test followed by personal interaction. Being one of the largest colleges, Schools of Basic Sciences & Research (SBSR) at Sharda University has stringent admission criteria.
