Dates¶

• We have the cabin the nights of Sat-Tues April 9-12, depart on Wednesday the 13th.
• Jim/Lindsay arrive at Seatac at 10am on Sat Apr 9
• John/Laura/Jacob arrive at Seatac at 11am on Sat Apr 9
• Jim/Lindsay depart Seatac 7:25pm on Wed Apr 13
• John/Laura/Jacob depart Seatac 11:35am Fri Apr 15

Food¶

• 4 dinners

Dinners:

• dinner: steak, caesar salad, green beans or broccoli, wine, mushrooms! morels should be in season
• dinner: assemble yourself mexican; 2 types of meat, beans, greens, toppings (I love toppings!), salsas, nachos!
• dinner: pork chops, salmon, grilled veggies (cauliflour?)
• dinner: burgers, brats, hotdots, fries, salad, mushrooms! morels should be in season

Backup Dinners:

• dinner: grilled salmon, maybe shrimp? grilled asparagus and potatoes, salad
• dinner: pizzas, salad
• we could pick up rotisserie chicken the first night if we wanted to keep it easy (but I think we’ll have enough time to cook)
• lots of veggies

Lunches:

• make your own sandwich; chicken salad, tuna salad, greens, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, condiments, chips, Peanut Butter
• Grilled (pronounced Gorilla) Cheese Sandwiches and Organic Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup

Breakfasts:

• Frittata – Eggs, Potatoes, sausage, onions, Feta
• Taggart Standard – sausage/potato/onion/spinach/mushroom/egg/Green enchilada sauce/corn tortilla toast
