Summary of Actions Points from the minutes below:¶

Katja, Noam and Dan – to get together on Monday to get the food order list done.

Katja – to do some food list work during the weekend.

Noam – to research fresh food order.

Joe – to contact Suma to clarify what we need to be able to order (individual bank account..?).

Joe – to email the council about storage.

Dan and Joe – trip to town to collect storage/eat sweets on Friday.

Dan – to change to role of admin to include being responsible for the sheets.

Dan – to do the food coop board.

Dan – to sort out the operational sheets (to begin with) and put them on the crabgrass page.

Dan – to invite people to the site.

Everyone – By 25th January everybody who takes part in food coop will have read and agreed to the agreements and shared their possible concerns and thoughts (opportunities) on the crabgrass site.

Everyone – to set a date for the cleaning.

Everyone – once we have ordered, we will need to measure the kitchen shelves, buy some storage units from poundshops in Lewisham and contact Paz if he would have any storage units to give away.

Orders¶

Discussed what, who and how. Noam, Joe, Dan and Katja have done some work already and agreed to get the order list finished as soon as possible and be slightly less perfectionist. A date for fresh and dried food orders was suggested and set to Monday 25th January 2010. Threw the dice and decided to make the first order with Suma. Noam suggested that we can use his bank account and that we can all pay him when we know the cost of the first order.

Storage¶

Decided to use fridges for fresh food storage to begin with until we have decided on alternatives.

Jobs¶

Discussed jobs and what these would involve – updated the job descriptions to crabgrass.

Noam agreed to be responsible for Money.

Dan agreed to be responsible for Buying. Suggestion was made that the buyer doesn’t organise the first order however.

Katja agreed to be responsible for Admin. This would include to be the point of contact for what’s run out and to make/print sheets.

No one was yet chosen for the Pest control.

Action Points: Dan to change to role of admin to include being responsible for the sheets.

Dan to do the food coop board.

Operational sheets¶

Talked about preparing sheets to help organise buying, cooking and eating.

Action Point: To begin with, Dan will sort out the operational sheets and put them on the crabgrass page.

Fresh orders¶

Agreed to order veggies through a box for the first order.

Action Point: Noam to research fresh food order.

Cleaning¶

Agreed to clean the kitchen together once we have made the first order.

Action Point: Everyone: Need to set a date for the cleaning.

Discussed how to get everyone to check out, sign in and participate in the coop site we.riseup.net/106
