WE DO NOT GIVE AWAY BIKES (except to other non-profit organizations we collaborate with.) Individuals must earn or pay for the value of any bicycle. Here are your options:

BUY IT with $$$¶

Buy one of our Fix-for Sale bikes! We have fixed up, road-ready bikes for sale at very reasonable prices. These are the bikes with white and blue tags ONLY on them. Our Fix-for-Sale bikes generate income for our educational programs!

Buy it as-is. You can buy a bike as-is but you take on FULL RESPONSIBILITY for fixing it up. We offer classes and lots of manuals to help you do so. You must sign a liability waiver releasing Free Ride from any responsibility.

EARN IT with HOURS¶

Use our EAB program to fix up and take home a bike, just for the cost of your volunteer hours (at $8/hr).

You can also earn parts and as-is bikes through volunteer hours (independent of the EAB program.)
