You should be able to do the following in the building:

communicate, learn, be creative, make plans, teach, develop, participate and many

other wonderful things.

The construction workers should pay attention to the following:

No stress, breaks whenever you want, no authority, no orders, no stress (<- I just wanted to make that one extremely clear)
