I just noticed that both the November meeting minutes and the October meeting minutes are in the display case and was wondering what the logic is there? I mean first thought to me, it seems like overkill- those pages take up a lot of space and the print is small and it’s freezing outside… So is it ok with people if we just keep one months’ worth of minutes in the case and use the rest of the space for eye catching signs and other things? I am definitely not meaning to seem like I’m complaining about the work that’s being done, I really appreciate that Steve (right?) is keeping it updated so well and so often, but I was just thinking maybe we could discuss this since there’s probably something I just don’t know or have not thought about.
