10.10 mediocre mac

an obvious though inevitable cheapshot, full of speculation and assumption

rules are made to be broken, but some rules are best when noted- it’s probably better, for more than one reason, to design a lousy window manager than break an existing one.

at the end of the day it comes down to options- there’s also the matter of well chosen defaults. screw all that though, let’s just move something akin to a doorknob to the opposite edge.

and instead of offering an option to put it back where it belongs, let’s fold our arms and tell people to code it themselves.

because we’re mavericks! we crap where we eat and piss in the wind… and what are you complaining about anyway? you can always turn your screen upside down using xrandr to get the buttons on the right side again, or switch to a window manager with a good design- so this is not a problem.
