Upgrading List Server

build and run from a different directory:

./configure —prefix=/home/sympa4

new things in version 4¶

puts a startup script in /etc/rc.d/init.d/sympa.
this should be moved to /etc/init.d/.
then run rcconf to enable it to run at startup.
