Mailing (involves checking mail, getting stamps, envelopes, printing labels, packing and sending out, responding to people interested in writing and more which i don’t have the capacity to do. If anyone is interested in responding to mail that doesn’t involve the paper directly, answering questions about anarchism, where people can get different reading materials etc. this is lacking.)
Organizing firehouse movies (by which i mean dividing up tasks not doing everything myself like making flier, flyering, promoting, getting projector, making sure firehouse knows about it, making sure someone has the movie)
Meeting reminders (started doing it somehow by default, involves writing emails, making calls)
Layout (which i don’t like doing that much and would like to see someone with better ideas get their hands into also with decision making on layout)
Editing (which seems like maybe the one thing we have that works somewhat in the way it’s divided up.)

Money (anyone can deposit money.)
Emailing deadline reminders (onion has a list and has been sending out guidelines for writing for the paper- get with me to see the list)

LAVA liason (make sure we’re fulfilling our responsibilities to LAVA like cost and work shares and coming to the LAVA monthly general meeting)
cleaning the office
Tableing and keeping us in stock (burning DVDs, printing covers, printing pamphlets etc)
