NGO means Non-Governmental Organization which is also called as Non-Profit Organization. Anyone can do NGO registration as a Society, trust, section 8 company under companies act, 2013. A trust can be created by execution of a trust deed; there are mainly two types of trust. A public trust which is created for the benefit of general public whereas a private trust is created for the benefit of a particular group of individuals known as the beneficiary.
