Here’s the info about the party from Ashley. I won’t be at the meeting to lead a discussion about this. As far as my input goes, I’d be willing to help out with this, but I don’t want to be one of the main point persons this time.

As part of fundraising to get the Pittsburgh Babes on Bikes Calendar printed (which in turn will raise funds for the Women’s Shelter), we ladies are looking to throw a party in the typical style of parties past: djs, booze, snacks, dancing, etc. We had wanted to find a different space, but as our other option fell through, we are hoping that FR might be up for hosting it the weekend of July 9th/10th (Fri/Sat). Which night we do it on is open to debate, I feel like if FR is willing to host, then you should pick which date of the two will be most convenient for your schedule. Same party times as in the past, which I think were from 9pm-2am, but that is obviously something your input is important on as well.
Anyways, please get back to me when you’ve had a chance to meet and discuss. If there are any more questions, also drop me a note. I will be in Tennessee this weekend, but back in the Burgh this coming Monday. Thanks for considering this proposal!
