Instructor Training¶
Drop-in training¶
Shadow as many classes as you are comfortable with (1+), then lead-teach a class in front of a qualified instructor. This is for a specific topic. This process repeats for each topic.
Sunday series training¶
The Sunday series training requires certification for each topic in the drop-in training.
Pay for training¶
- Shadowing counts as volunteer hours
- Lead-teaching in front of a qualified instructor earns half-pay
- Can claim the other half of your pay once you have taught a class
Signing up to teach drop-ins¶
- Use a queue system to make shift distribution fair
