HOARDD membership request form

If you wish to become a member of the HOARDD; 1) contact one of the members of this crabgrass group, or find us on facebook https://www.facebook.com/TheHOARDD/ or on twitter @TheHOARDD 2) print this form and fill it out, let us know that you have filled out the form and we will tell you how to get it to one of us. (we don't yet have a physical address) 3) one of us will set up a meeting with you or tell you an address to send the form to. Once we have your request form keep contact with other members for information on future HOARDD actions and how to participate. Showing up and supporting actions is a way to ensure you will be noticed by the HOARDD.

I suggest that we make this form editable/digitally sign-able & expedite them to HOARDD email or founders emails etc. Snail-mail will make this process painfully slow for everyone & will likely be more time-consuming switching between analog & digital formats for us IMO. Otherwise looks like a great start to me! :)
