Naïve user experience

This is what happens when a naïve user is paid to use our website and report their experience

My take-away message from this was that the certificates was a put-off.

So (although the user didn’t use HELP) I think we should have something about that near the top of the HELP page.

Also we should make HELP a bit more obvious to encourage its use.

Also on IE4 (sorry to mention it) the PUBLISH button doesn’t appear.

Realise I’m making work for other people here as I’m too old and stupid to make these fixes, or learn how to make them, myself. Soz.
