question about way of organizing food & accommodation for congress participants

Hello,

I would like to ask, do we organize food and accommodation for congress participants in some coordinated way or everyone should take care of one’s own needs oneself?

Hey! We are taking care of accomodation and food is already arranged (the groop “Foods not Bombs” will have a buffet at the congress). To make it easier for us to arrange accomotation, it would be nice if you could inscribe online on educationcongress.eu or post here the number of people coming so that we can know to how many people we have to arrange accomodation.

Looks like you do really good work with organization. I try to submit the signup form at this moment but it looks like the arrows around ‘send’ button just spin and don’t do anything =(

I will come by myself (1 person) on May 24th and leave on 30th with the end of the event. I will appreciate help with accommodation and look forward ‘Food not Bombs’ culinary magic!
