Service directory

An idea that I thought might be worth considering is an online service directory, which people could use
to renumerate their skills and services, and to offer them to others in their region.

Incidentally, the model I have in mind is something like the long-established Yellow Pages.
These consist of brief entries which include little more than a caption, a brief description of the service offered, a phone number, and maybe an e-mail address and web link.

While these directories are devoted to business and commerce, however, maybe we could adapt the model to facilitate experiments with the idea of a fledgling moneyless economy.
Just a thought …

P.S. I am already aware of justfortheloveofit.org , and it is a very commendable project; but it has certain shortcomings which seem to me to be potential obstacles to its use. whopools.net isn’t quite what I h
ave in mind either.
