Deleting accounts - All Users - groups

A friend of mine created an account but wants to delete it for reasons. This friend feels it is very urgent. There is currently no way to delete your account. Also, why does there not seem to be any quick way to communicate to people who actually host and administrate we.riseup? Anyway, we just need someone to delete the account. Thnks.

elijah 2012-04-29	we have a ticket system at user.riseup.net. deleting accounts works in the new version. when this version is more stable, we will upgrade.
