Synchronous Principle Of Torsion Shaft Synchronous Press Brake Machine

In the operation of the ram used for bending machines, the rigid torsion shaft driven synchroization control technology is employed. The synchronous shaft can be positioned on the right and left walls of the frame body and the swing arm of the synchronous shaft is linked to the ram by the rod that connects them.

The ram functions by driving the swing arm of a the synchronous shaft via the connecting rod. If one of the ends is faster, the other side of the ram is faster. Due to the stiffness of the synchronous shaft itself, the reverse force is generated to force the ram to reduce its speed. This is so that the ram (Y1, and Y2) are controlled to operate synchronously and always keep the relative parallel state with the worktable.

The technology for rigid positioning control integrated into the mechanical block guarantees that precise positioning of the Ram is attained.

The left and right oil-cylinders have mechanical stops. During the downward movement of the oil cylinder, after the rod’s locating surface rod comes into contact with the locating surface of the stop mechanically and the piston rod is forced to stop downward movement in order to control the final position of the stroke of the oil cylinder.

Between the right and left oil cylinders is the mechanical stop on the left and right cylinders is adjusted in synchrony through the rod that connects them, so as to regulate the ram (Y1, the Y2) Always keep the relative parallel state with the worktable.

Electro hydraulics with synchronous principle Press brake machine with synchronous CNC

In order to complete the bending process The press brake machine moves the ram upward and down via two oil cylinders.

The synchronization between the two cylinders throughout the movement process and the accurate position of the dead center are particularly important.

The synchronization of two oil cylinders, as well as the precise position of the bottom dead center of the electro-hydraulic servo CNC hydraulic press brake machine are precisely controlled by the CNC system.

The ram is smooth on one side and may be placed precisely in the center of the bottom.

The position signal of the ram is detected in real-time by the grating that is installed at both ends of the machine and returned to the computer numerical control system.

On the other side the numerical control system compares the feedback data of two grating rulers, and adjusts the proportional servo valve within the two groups of synchronous valves that regulates the opening size of the valve and adjusts the intake of oil from the oil cylinder, so that it can control the operation of the ram in the allowable error range.

The rams (Y1,Y2) are controlled to be synchronized, and remain parallel to one their counterparts. On the other hand the feedback information from the grating ruler could be compared with the dead center of the system’s bottom to determine if the system has reached the point at which it is.

The full closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technique is employed for the synchronous control of the press brake machine: the position signal of the ram is relayed back into the control system through the grating ruler on both sides, and then the control system numerical regulates the opening of the synchronous valve. It also adjusts the oil intake of the oil cylinder.
