how does it work?¶

projects do:

• work with no budget and strictly don’t accept any money
• keep their wishlist publicly available and accept support in fulfilling those wishes
• work with people who truly want to support which mean they don’t ask money for help
• can delegate some payments to supporters only in one case
  • payment doesn’t go to a person but to budget of some other organization – if person doesn’t want to collaborate we shouldn’t try to bribe him/her, on the other hand sometimes getting certain resources requires interaction with a company where an individual cannot make some decisions. In this case if a supporter wants to pay this external company for a certain resource it works within Budget-Free
• share their experience and ways to organize various resources without money
• keep all their records transparent and available to public
