- “Version 9” has the log and an example at the top.
- “Version 6” refers to the example logs but has no example inside
- “Version 7” and “Version 8” are example logs.

Please check that the example prices correspond to the current prices and the hours are reasonable for the example tasks.

I saw that the sheet overflowed onto a third page, and I corrected that (Version 15). Then I realized that this might have been due to differences between office suites – sorry.

In Response to Philip (March 5), I think its best to go back to before you edited. I uploaded a new version in Word and also the PDF to show what is probably correct formatting.

I deleted Version 15. Actually, it’s not a problem to only convert the first 2 pages to PDF, or to only print the first 2 pages.

It seems that Versions 11, 12, 13 and 16 are all the same. I checked using the Compare Document feature in OpenOffice. If so, we should delete 11, 12, 13.

By the way, I still think it’s better to replace the example in each sheet with extra writing space (extend the table) and an example sheet glued on the front cover of the binder. It’s not necessary to have the example on every sheet.
