This document confuses me because of the generality of the statements. The list of questions are thought provoking, but for some of them I don’t know what the “good” answer is.

Also, the term “group” is used frequently in the document and I don’t know what that is referring to. Depending on its intended definition, the statements may have significantly different meaning.
