Random send feature

Hi Folks Please drop a comment on this ticket if you feel it is a good idea. Basically if the dev's at riseup implement it, it will make riseup email sending asynchronous, so that your email habits on riseup can be obfusticated thereby reducing traffic patterning by any naughty brothers out there (nsa, etc). This feature would allow you to set a delay on when an email is sent, like random, random within 1 hour, random within 12 hours, etc. Thanks for the support
CUSTOM DELAYED SEND This will allow you to safely logout, even though your email will be sent later, reducing any traffic patterning aimed at riseup.net servers by malicous govs or other entities. ticket here: https://user.riseup.net/ticket/944161
