OE GRAFIX group page

ALL: please look at and comment on the proposed new Web site banner and somewhat-new official OE logo. I asked Rob to collaborate on the header and he refused; I’d still value his partnership/ideas. We do need the dark red “OCCUPY” letters to stand out more from the background (now black on the banner). I will bring print-out to GA.
