One of the riseup mail servers has died. Riseup birds are busy repairing it, but unfortunately, the repair will take time. We hope to have it up and running again soon.
As a result of this problem, we had to turn off mail delivery for some time. The mail was held in a queue. Now, we have turned on mail delivery and the server is processing a substantial backlog.
You can login and new messages will be delivered to your inbox and although it appears as if all your old mail in your inbox and folders is missing… Don’t worry! We haven’t lost your email. Riseup birds are busy restoring it, it just takes some time.
Please keep in mind that riseup is a volunteer collective run on a shoestring budget. We need your monetary support now more than ever in order to get the new technology in place to avoid issues like this in the future. Please be patient and watch
