Thank you for following up Will! Please also include Dawn Williams , ccd here, in all communication as well.
While we are both members of the Health and Wellness Ministry organizing the event on Saturday, July 19th at Mount Ararat Church, Dawn is the point of contact for the event, all details and logistics.
Thanks!

Hey Council,

On Monday, Alecia Shipman (included as CC in this email) stopped by asking if we could do another kids bike build. In the past, she represented the August Wilson center and did a great job as liason. This time, she is looking to have a kids bike giveaway as part of an event that her church is doing. Here are the details (from my memory, so this needs to be confirmed):

Requesting 20-40 youth bikes (more is better of course)
They will be given away July 18th
Alecia can coordinate a couple of pickups storage of the bikes ahead of the event
Alecia can coordinate volunteer to come to the shop to assist with the bikes (but mainly just cleaning them and making them look really nice…I don’t know if any promises were made about mechanics skills)

Does this seem like something that we can support? Does a request for 20-40 kids bike conflict with anything at this time in the summer?

-Will
